Design consultation and material selections for construction
Conversion of original 40,000sqft. unconditioned warehouse space to 50,000sqft of conditioned warehouse space with fire suppression, custom racking, and custom docks.
Addition of 2,500sqft executive office and hospitality area
Addition of 5,000sqft mechanic shop with wash bay
Addition of 6,300sqft refrigerated keg cooler
Addition of 10,700sqft drive through delivery bay with storage mezzanine and printshop
Addition of private fuel island and custom covered parking
Over 100,000sqft of exterior flatwork
Addition of BIB manufacturing and packaging room
